Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our pharmaceutical sales team. The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing documentation, handling communication between field sales staff and internal departments, and ensuring efficient back-end support to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with field sales representatives, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product dispatch.

• Manage sales data, prepare MIS reports, and track sales targets and performance.

• Maintain and update customer databases, stock status, and order records.

• Handle customer queries related to product availability, delivery schedules, and invoicing.

• Support the sales team in organizing marketing activities like CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Process sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Follow up on payments with clients or distributors and coordinate with the accounts team.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
