Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Faridabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily operations (quotes, proposals, contracts)
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
Track sales leads and follow up on pending inquiries
Handle customer queries and provide product/order information
Coordinate with clients for orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
Ensure timely communication and smooth order processing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in sales coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Background in Manufacturing or Trading industry preferred
Candidate should reside within 40–45 minutes travel distance
