Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support the nationwide sales team by tracking attendance, location, target achievements, and overall performance. The role involves data monitoring, coordination, discrepancy resolution, and daily reporting to the Sales Manager. This position is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and communicative. Key Responsibilities: Area Sales Team Monitoring Responsibilities Track daily attendance and location of sales staff across India; ensure accuracy and real-time updates. Target Management Daily Coordination Reporting Discrepancy Handling Data Management Use software tools to monitor and report on achievement of sales targets. Support in tracking KPIs and milestones. Maintain regular contact with the sales team; address queries and provide necessary operational support. Share daily performance, attendance, and issue updates with the Sales Manager. Identify, resolve, or escalate any inconsistencies in data related to targets, attendance, or field activity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales operations data. Responsibilities Area Training Requirement Attend 2-3-day training in Ratlam to learn tools, workflows, and reporting standards.
