We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (After Sales) to manage the complete post-sales process for real estate transactions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, banks, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth payment collections, documentation, and timely updates until possession.
Handle the entire after-sales process from booking to possession
Coordinate with customers for payment schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
Maintain and update payment trackers, receipts, and customer records
Share regular payment status updates with customers and internal teams
Coordinate with banks, loan departments, and legal teams for disbursements
Assist in agreement registration, documentation, and compliance processes
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to collections and after-sales activities
Resolve customer queries related to payments, documentation, and handover
Ensure timely communication between sales, accounts, CRM, and site teams
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in real estate after-sales / CRM / sales coordination
Good knowledge of payment milestones, agreements, and registration process
Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems
Ability to handle multiple customers and deadlines efficiently
Female candidate preferred
Experience working with real estate developers or brokerage firms
Local candidate from Mulund or nearby areas preferred
