1. Sales Support & Coordination
· Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately in the ERP system.
· Follow up with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
· Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and performance analyses.
2. Customer Relationship Management
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
· Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
3. Data Management & Reporting
· Maintain and update Dealers/customer and sales databases regularly.
· Prepare weekly sales performance reports.
· Track and report order status, pending deliveries, and payment collections.
4. Internal Coordination
· Liaise with the production, logistics, finance, and quality teams to align order fulfillment processes.
· Support the sales team in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
· Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client visits.
5. Documentation & Compliance
· Manage sales documentation such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing approvals, and contractual terms.
