Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team that handles all incoming and outgoing calls to the dealership's profit centres—sales. The Tellecaller will also proactively engage with prospects, follow up on leads, and support the dealership’s growth through consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Download and follow up on all dealership manifests and opportunity lists.
Handle all outbond calls related to sales.
Make outbound prospecting calls, inviting potential customers to visit the dealership and sales.
Follow up on hot and warm leads with timely communication.
Contact no-show customers to reschedule missed appointments.
Provide updates to customers on special-offer.
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
Develop in-depth product knowledge and present offerings effectively to clients.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in business development or sales roles (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Good telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
Note: Salary will be based on the Sales Target.
