We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role also includes responsibilities in product training, enabling the sales force and customers to better understand and effectively use our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Serve as the first point of contact via phone and email for all sales-related inquiries.
Understand each Account Manager’s territory and assign leads appropriately.
Coordinate direct customer communications and redirect queries to the relevant sales representative.
Maintain and update sales data in internal tools like PePUp App, Excel sheets, and order management systems.
Reconcile and verify Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Payments, and Claims on a regular basis.
Collaborate with Sales Managers, Account Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication.
Monitor inventory, track product dispatches, and inform distributors of delivery timelines or delays.
Contribute to distributor satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
Maintain organized sales records and assist in preparing monthly reports and sales goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 4 years in a sales-related role, preferably with experience in coordination or training.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
