1. Support the sales team by managing daily operations, sales activities, and customer queries.

2. Coordinate sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate documentation.

3. Organize promotional campaigns and assist in sales-related initiatives.

4. Handle administrative tasks including data entry, reports, and filing.

5. Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

6. Analyze sales data to support reporting and decision-making.
