Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support our PhD clients by coordinating their research needs and ensuring timely delivery of academic services, such as thesis assistance, documentation, and subject-specific requirements. This role also involves proactive client follow-ups, understanding academic standards, and contributing to sales development by offering tailored research solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for PhD clients and understand their research-related needs.

• Coordinate the development and delivery of research documents including thesis writing, proposals, and journal papers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding project progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with the internal academic team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of communication and ongoing project status.

• Address client queries and provide academic guidance in coordination with subject matter experts.

• Contribute to sales development by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and project success.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably in English, Research, Education, or any academic field).

  • Experience in academic writing, client servicing, or educational support is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through with deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and document formatting tools.
