Full Time
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and product requirements.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, proforma invoices and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers for pending quotations, order confirmations, payments and deliveries.
Coordinate with project, estimation, procurement and operations teams for order execution.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, order status and sales MIS reports.
Handle customer calls, emails and routine sales-related queries.
Track project enquiries, quotation status and order conversion.
Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules with internal teams.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updates to customers.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
