Profile Review

We are looking for dynamic sales executives who are open to learn and achieve their sales.

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Full-Time Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidates, whether experienced or fresher, will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing key sales activities and contributing to the achievement of team goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-ins to convert leads into confirmed clients.

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding services, pricing, documentation requirements, and timelines.

  • Build strong relationships with clients through active listening and personalized communication.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.

  • contribute to the team’s revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Follow up on leads and re-engage inactive prospects.

  • Stay updated on company services, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
