Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle travel enquiries and convert leads into sales

• Prepare domestic and international travel quotations

• Communicate with clients via phone, email and WhatsApp

• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and travel partners

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

• Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings and documentation
