Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with daily tasks and client follow-ups

• Prepare sales orders, quotations, and invoices

• Coordinate with logistics and inventory for order fulfillment

• Maintain CRM and customer records

• Handle customer queries and after-sales support

• Track sales performance and generate reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support role

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and CRM tools

• Strong communication and organizational skills
