We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at at Hst Staffing Solutions. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Processing & Coordination
o Receive and process sales orders from dealers, distributors, and online channels.
o Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for dispatches, billing, and delivery.
o Maintain all order details in company ERP or tracking sheets.
2. Sales Support & Documentation
o Prepare quotations, invoices, and proforma invoices as per sales team requirements.
o Track order status, dispatches, and pending payments regularly.
o Maintain systematic sales records and communication logs.
3. Follow-ups & Communication
o Communicate with dealers and distributors for order confirmations, payment reminders, and dispatch updates.
o Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and accounts to ensure timely task completion.
o Handle basic customer or dealer queries through email and calls.
4. Reporting & MIS
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
o Track sales team performance and targets.
o Share reports related to dealer-wise sales, payment, and stock movement.
5. Administrative & Support Tasks
o Assist in new dealer onboarding and maintain their documentation.
o Ensure smooth communication flow between departments.
o Support the sales team in execution and backend management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
