Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales team. This role plays a key part is to ensuring smooth execution between the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to provided leads and introduce company services

-Engage prospects and explain offerings to generate interest

-Identify potential conversions and pass qualified leads to the sales team for meetings

-Coordinate with technical team if the lead is cracked

-Follow up with sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication

-Support end-to-end coordination for lead management and sales pipeline

Requirements:

-Strong communication and convincing skills

-Basic understanding of IT services and solutions (preferred)

-Organized and good at multitasking

-Positive attitude and team player
