Key Responsibilities:

 Upload invoices on the customer portal
 Track customer payments and follow up on collections
 Maintain customer trackers for orders and dispatches
 Follow up with the logistics department regarding deliveries
 Maintain trackers: customer orders, dispatches, pending deliveries, installation related.
 Raise IOFs on the CRM
 Office / Experience centre administration
