Assist the sales and tender teams in managing lead-related documentation and records.

Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM system.

Track tender submissions and ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing proposals.

Generate periodic reports on sales progress, tender status, and client interactions.

Ensure proper data entry, tracking, and follow-ups on sales leads.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
