Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Salary - 25000 to 35000K

·  Coordinate with Sales Head and sales team to maintain sales/business data Generate using analytics, BI etc to assist decision making and getting insights Coordinate, Organize, facilitate, create necessary material for Sales

·  Head/Management for effective sales meeting Support in day to day sales administration, tasks assigned by him

·  Assist in meetings and interaction with business heads, internal /external leaders

·  Making Follow up Calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates

·  Generate & manage leads through Existing customers.

·  Effectively communicating with Existing & New Clients from provided database.

·  Assisting sales team in their sales follow ups & operations.

·  Lead Generation from DB.

·  Co-ordination between the clients, sales team & the management.

·  Facilitating sales activities with strong support, follow-up & resource handling.

·  Data handling, analysis & documentation.

·  Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

·  Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.

·  Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

·  Interact with the sales team for updates on sales pipeline, sales closures, etc.

·  Validating necessary paperwork prior to dispatching a resource

·  Coordinating all details for the client

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any graduate can apply.

• Must have minimum 4-6  year prior experience as a sales coordinator.

• Must have sound knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good communication skills, presentation skills, and mail writing.

• Must be responsible, go-getter with positive attitude.
