Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Counselor to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our wellness services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong sales and convincing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness services.
Explain services, packages, benefits, pricing, and procedures clearly to customers.
Convert leads into successful appointments and sales.
Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the center/operations team for appointments and customer visits.
Maintain proper follow-up of leads and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and share daily sales and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Timing-9:30 AM to 7 PM
Monday to Friday one rotational off, Saturday and Sunday are working.
