Job Description

Candidate should be flexible for travel.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily sales reports, order records, and dealer/distributor data.
Follow up with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery of fish feed products.
Handle telephonic and email communication with dealers, distributors, and field sales executives.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Monitor pending orders, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reports.
Assist in preparing monthly sales targets, reports, and MIS.
Support the sales team in market coordination and customer servicing.
Maintain proper stock movement and dispatch tracking.
Coordinate with accounts and commercial departments for billing and payment-related issues.
Ensure proper documentation related to sales operations and customer records.
