Job Summary:
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling certified vehicles, ensuring a premium customer experience, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist walk-in and digital customers with preowned vehicle inquiries and test drives.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from available inventory.
• Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and customers.
• Coordinate with the valuation team for used car trade-ins.
• Negotiate pricing, finance options, and finalize the sales process.
• Ensure proper documentation and delivery process.
• Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Min 2-3 Yrs of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury vehicles and customer service.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is a plus.
