Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polite and convincing attitude, and the ability to handle clients and follow up on leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales for sarees and suits.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on new leads.

• Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their queries.

• Maintain daily call reports and customer records in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Support the marketing and sales team in promotional activities and campaigns.

• Handle client feedback and resolve queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telesales or customer handling (preferably in garments, sarees, or fashion industry).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
