Sales Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Attend walk-in clients and explain property details.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and site visits.

• Maintain client database and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with sales team and update on client status.

• Assist in closing deals by supporting documentation and communication.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle front desk and manage incoming/outgoing calls.

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, inquiry sheets, and daily follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and internal departments.

• Manage office supplies, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
