Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.

• Assist in managing and processing customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner.

• Track and follow up on sales leads, quotes, and opportunities.

• Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain relationships with current clients, acting as the point of contact for inquiries and order status updates.

• Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Sales Data and Reporting:

• Maintain sales data, prepare reports, and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.

• Prepare sales forecasts and assist in tracking sales KPIs.

• Communication:

• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

• Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and events with clients and sales team members.

• Ensure all sales documentation is up to date and correctly filed.

• Order Processing:

• Ensure accurate order entry into the system, confirming product availability, delivery schedules, and pricing.

• Work with the finance team to assist with invoicing and payment processing.

• Customer Service:

• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify any further business opportunities.

• Sales Strategy and Coordination:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.

• Coordinate sales campaigns and track their progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
