Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.

- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and organize sales events when required.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3 -4years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
