We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand company products, services, and sales strategies.

• Support the sales team in daily operations, including lead generation and follow-ups.

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Handle customer inquiries under the guidance of senior team members.

• Meet assigned learning and performance milestones throughout the training period.

• Work towards achieving sales targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is a plus.
