Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to existing and previous clients to check-in, provide updates, and explore new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using Computer tools.
• Understand client needs and communicate relevant services, offers, or updates.
• Re-engage inactive or former clients through consistent and professional follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to relay client feedback and insights.
• Schedule appointments or demos as needed for senior sales representatives.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Proven experience in a similar role (tele-calling, client relations, inside sales, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi.
