• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices in ERP system

• Track and maintain sales data, generate reports, and analyses sales trends

• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

• Managed customer communication and handled complaints effectively.

• Created quotations, sales orders, and sales blankets in ERP system based on dispatch plans.

• Coordinated with production, quality, and procurement teams for timely order fulfillment.

• Created purchase indents and tracked them through ERP software.

• Payment follow-up.

• Followed up with clients to boost sales and ensure satisfaction.
