Full Time
- Manage and process retail and project sales orders through Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory.
- Review and validate sales orders, ensuring accurate order creation and lifecycle completion in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure smooth financial documentation.
- Handle client inquiries related to product availability, specifications, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Provide operational support to the sales team by resolving system, order, and product-related queries.
- Track and close the sales cycle in ERP systems, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for stock monitoring, material dispatch, and delivery updates.
- Prepare quarterly sales reports and analyze trends to support sales forecasting.
- Monitor product version upgrades and maintain updated product and sales information.
