Sales Co-ordinator

Key Skills:

 Sales experience of minimum 2 to 5 years

 Excellent written & communication skills

 Fluency in English with very good convincing skills

 Good knowledge of computer applications and CRM

 Inside Sales or Support experience will be added advantage

 Must have strong interest in learning new things

 Must be soft spoken and good team player

 Should be confident, target oriented, self-motivated and interested to take up additional

responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Assist the prospective in understanding the product in detail and convert them to lead.

 Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with prospective and utilizing reference materials, as needed.

 Make outbound calls to prospects for purpose of increased sales.

 Assist prospective with questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

 Generate sales that meet or exceed individual goals.

 Attend sales meetings to keep informed on new services, changes within the industry, and changes within Company
