Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads or setting appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Clearly explain our products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Handle customer queries with professionalism.
Update and maintain customer databases.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication in both English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or data entry is preferred.
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
