Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team and internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support where needed.

• Track and report on sales targets, team performance, and key metrics.

• Manage schedules and appointments for sales representatives.

• Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations.

• Follow up with clients for payment collection and post-sales service.

• Organize and maintain files related to sales activities.

• Support the team in organizing trade shows or client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
