Assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes.
Prepare and maintain sales orders, work orders, quotations, and other related documentation.
Manage sales orders from receipt through execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with vendors.
Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery commitments.
Monitor and update sales order status, manage inventory levels, and analyse performance metrics.
Provide effective customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
