Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Co‑Ordinator to join our team at Colour Theory. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer enquiries and sales leads, coordinate with the sales team, manage samples and courier dispatches, and ensure timely client follow‑ups. The role also involves building strong client relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
The position offers an in‑hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, along with performance‑based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary (First‑Priority) Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and incoming sales leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.
Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead follow‑up, quotations, and order execution
Manage samples: preparation, dispatch, tracking, and follow‑ups with clients
Coordinate courier dispatches and maintain proper records
Regular client follow‑up calls regarding enquiries, samples, orders, and feedback
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
Additional Responsibilities
Identify and support new business opportunities generated through enquiries and leads
Present and explain products / services clearly to customers
Maintain records of sales activities, enquiries, samples, and follow‑ups
Support negotiation and closure processes in coordination with the sales team
Assist in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth post‑sales coordination
Perform basic data entry and reporting related to sales and coordination activities
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma / Graduate
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Strong communication and coordination skills
Customer‑centric and follow‑up‑oriented approach
Experience or knowledge of Fabric, Purchase, Sales, Job Work, Client Coordination, and Data Entry is an added advantage
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently
Work Details
Shift: Day Shift
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
