  Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms).

• Customer Needs Analysis
  Conduct in-depth needs assessments to recommend the most suitable solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Reporting & CRM Management
  Accurately record activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
  Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.

• Negotiation & Closing Deals
  Lead contract negotiations and follow through with efficient closing processes to finalize sales agreements.

• Post-Sales Support & Follow-up
  Ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sale by coordinating with support teams and maintaining ongoing communication.
