Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Okhla Phase 2 Industrial Area, New Delhi
Industry: Manufacturing (Hookah Industry)
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in the Hookah manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling follow-ups, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and CRM tools.

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Maintain and update customer databases and records accurately.

• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Production, Dispatch) to fulfill client requirements.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

• Generate and share CRM-related reports with management.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when required.

• Assist in payment follow-ups and order-related queries.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Servicing, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Salary: Based on Interview & Experience

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
