Job Description

We are looking for a Sales co-ordinator to join our team at Net Rupees.com. This role involves which operate in the financial services sector—often as intermediaries or support providers—typically offer a range of services tailored to both individuals and businesses. Here are some common financial services they might provide:

  1. Loan Facilitation: Assisting customers in applying for personal loans, business loans, or home loans through partner banks or NBFCs.

  2. Credit Card Sales: Promoting and onboarding customers for credit cards, often through telecalling or field sales.

  3. Customer Support & Telecalling: Handling inbound and outbound calls to explain financial products, resolve queries, and follow up on leads.

  4. Insurance Advisory: Offering life, health, or general insurance products in partnership with insurance companies.

  5. Investment Services: Guiding clients on mutual funds, fixed deposits, or other investment instruments (though this is more common in larger firms).

  6. Loan Recovery Support: Assisting financial institutions in follow-ups and collections for overdue payments.
