Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities: ✔ Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels i.e. - tele-calling, networking and referrals and thereafter doing Face to Face meetings with them. ✔ Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. ✔ Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to communicate value propositions to clients effectively. ✔ Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. ✔ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. ✔ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. ✔ Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management. ✔ Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT sales. Qualifications: ✔ Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field. ✔ Experience: Fresh MBA graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for sales. ✔ Strong interest in technology and IT solutions.

Skills: ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✔ Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

The probation period will be for 6 months. ● The candidate will get a monthly fixed salary of Rs. 18,000/- during the probation period. They will also be eligible for incentives over and above the salary as per company policy. ● During the probation period company will evaluate the deserving candidates who will be offered a position with a minimum CTC of 3.5 Lacs P.A. ● Comprehensive product training and development programs will be there for the employees.
