Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage client communications, order processing, and inter-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
Respond to client inquiries and manage communications.
Validate and process Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain CRM database and update client details.
Generate weekly sales reports and monitor job progress.
Process orders accurately and on time; address any delays/issues.
Assist with after-sales support and follow up on payments.
Help organize promotional activities and events.
Prepare reports in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
Proficient in MS-Office and CRM tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
