Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Support the sales team in managing orders, customer coordination, and internal communication while ensuring compliance with chemical industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams
Maintain customer and sales data in ERP/CRM systems
Handle customer inquiries and order follow-ups
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory documentation (SDS/MSDS)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business
Experience in sales support, preferably in a chemical company
Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills
