About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our chemical sales dept. The role primarily involves managing customer calls, noting down orders, and ensuring smooth coordination with the CRM team for order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers, answering queries related to products and orders.
Make outgoing calls to existing customers on a monthly basis for order follow-up and relationship management.
Note down all customer orders and inquiries accurately.
Ensure smooth coordination with the CRM team to verify timely processing of customer orders.
Maintain customer relationships with professionalism and prompt response.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in chemical sales (knowledge of chemical products is must)
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate between customers and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems will be an advantage.
Female candidates preferred, though suitable male candidates will also be considered.
