Job Summary:

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Coordinator to drive outreach and engagement with prospective clients, including large industrial corporations and law firms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in lead generation, client communication, and campaign coordination, supporting the overall sales and marketing objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively engage with prospective clients through email, calls, and follow-ups

· Identify and target potential clients via data mining and research

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large companies and law firms

· Draft and send professional email campaigns and follow-up communications

· Organize and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and trade shows

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Maintain CRM records and prepare sales/marketing reports

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

· Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred
