Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, invoices, and proposals.

• Handle incoming inquiries, emails, and calls from clients and internal departments.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).

• Monitor and track sales targets, performance reports, and client feedback.

• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.

• Liaise between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and service.

• Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of contracts, agreements, and customer communications.

• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when needed.
