Job description :- We are looking for a female well-organized Sales Coordinator/Executive for a "query-based sales

job" which likely refers to a sales role where the primary focus is on answering exciting customer

inquiries and resolving their issues to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer questions about products, pricing, and other relevant information

via phone, email and chat

• Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns to ensure satisfaction and drive

repeat business

• Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate sales with the boss, filing important documents and communicating relevant

information

• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problem.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for any incoming and outgoing stocks.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing

• Ability to effectively present products and services and close sales

• Good MS Excel Skills. (Should know how to use the Home ribbon in excel like- Sheet

Formatting, Formulas and Filters).

• Comfortable in talking over phone calls for coordination.

• English writing and reading for drafting Mails.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be

considered a plus.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

• A team player with high level of dedication
