We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the sales team and the sales manager, manage sales data effectively, and ensure seamless communication across all levels
.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily communication between sales executives and the sales manager.
Record and maintain sales team queries, requirements, and updates.
Regularly track prospects, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Maintain and update the client and team database using Excel or CRM tools.
Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management.
Support the sales team with documentation, lead allocation, and follow-ups.
Maintain the sales hierarchy, team structure, and reporting data.
Please make sure that team issues are resolved through coordination with management.
Coordination with the product sources (Investors / Developers RM)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred).
1 -3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with good follow-up ability.
