We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to manage and follow up on leads generated through IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely communication with potential customers, maintaining lead records, and coordinating with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on IndiaMART leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Update and maintain lead status and customer database.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses and closures.

Generate basic reports on lead follow-up status and conversions.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:

Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer handling.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.

Should be organized, responsive, and self-motivated.
