Sales & Support Executive
Location: Bhandup & Thane
salary:- 20000 - 30000
Experience: Min. 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Support Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualification:

Graduate in any field (preferred)
