The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maximizing sales from existing clients through regular follow-ups, relationship management, and repeat order generation, while also supporting new client acquisition. The primary focus is to ensure no existing client is left untapped.
Core Objective
First Priority: Generate repeat business from existing clients
Second Priority: Support acquisition and conversion of new clients
Key Responsibilities
1. Existing Client Management (Top Priority)
Maintain a daily follow-up system for all past and current clients
Track previous orders and identify repeat sales opportunities
Regularly check in with clients for new requirements
Build strong relationships to ensure customer retention & loyalty
Reactivate inactive/old clients
2. Sales Follow-Ups & Conversion
Follow up on all inquiries, quotations, and pending decisions
Ensure no lead goes cold
Assist in negotiation follow-ups and closing deals
3. New Client Support
Coordinate with the sales team on new leads
Maintain lead tracking sheets (Google Sheets/CRM)
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining records
4. Order Coordination
Track orders from confirmation to dispatch
Coordinate with production/logistics teams
Ensure timely updates to clients
5. Data & MIS Management
Maintain client database (active + inactive)
Track:
Repeat orders
Lost clients
Monthly client-wise sales
Generate reports using Google Sheets / Excel
Required Skills
Strong follow-up mindset (this is the most important skill)
Good communication (English)
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (must)
