Sales Coordination

• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the Sales Team.

• Prepare quotations and commercial offers.

• Follow up for Purchase Orders and customer approvals.

• Process and maintain sales orders.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Dispatch.

• Track order status and provide regular customer updates.

• Maintain enquiry, quotation and order records.

• Coordinate dispatch documentation.

Service Coordination

• Receive and record customer complaints/service requests.

• Coordinate service calls with service engineers.

• Prepare daily and weekly service schedules.

• Coordinate customer site visits.

• Monitor breakdown complaints and pending service calls.

• Follow up with engineers until service complaints are closed.

• Obtain service reports and customer confirmation.

• Prepare service/repair quotations where required.

• Follow up for service quotation approvals.

• Coordinate spare-parts requirements with Stores/Purchase.

• Maintain AMC and service records.

Customer Coordination

• Handle customer calls and emails professionally.

• Provide timely updates regarding orders and service.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Escalate critical issues to the Sales/Service Head.

• Ensure customer complaints are followed up until closure.

Billing & Payment Coordination

• Coordinate with Accounts for timely invoicing.

• Share invoices and supporting documents with customers.

• Follow up for outstanding payments.

• Maintain customer-wise payment follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with Accounts for payment receipt confirmation.

MS Excel & MIS – Mandatory

Candidate should have good working knowledge of MS Excel

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• HVAC / Air Conditioning / Cleanroom / MEP / Engineering industry experience preferred.

• Good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge is mandatory.

• ERP/Tally/CRM knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
