We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through effective communication, coordination, and reporting. The role involves regular interaction with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely query resolution, and preparation of sales MIS reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Communication
Handle day-to-day communication with dealers, distributors, and sales executives regarding orders, queries, and follow-ups.
Track pending orders, coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and customer correspondence.
Maintain updated customer database and follow up on routine requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports to management summarizing order status, dispatch details, and sales performance.
Maintain records of dealer communication, pending orders, and sales achievements.
Support in preparing sales summaries and presentations for review meetings.
Team Coordination
Work closely with the sales and accounts team for invoice and payment tracking.
Ensure smooth coordination between field sales staff and backend operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any discipline)
Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination / back-office support preferred
Skills Required:
Basic communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi / English)
Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, Pivot, report formatting)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
